IRB Submssions

The Fort Wayne Medical Education Program’s community IRB was established to promote healthcare research in the greater Fort Wayne region. We accept exempt and low/minimal risk projects for review and work diligently to make projects review an engaging teaching experience. Our diverse board consists of both practicing healthcare providers and local academics.

Submissions must be turned in by close of business the first Friday of each month to get on that month’s agenda. The projects are reviewed the last Wednesday of the month. There is no cost for submitting local/regional projects for review.
