Didactics

At FWMEP, you will experience a series of lectures that cover the full range of family medicine. Most formal lectures are held on Thursday afternoons, and residents are required to attend unless they are covering one of the hospitals or are on the night float rotation. During these sessions, lectures are given by faculty, specialists, and sometimes by the residents themselves.  Didactics also include topics on practice management and other “practical” subjects (such as tax law or contracts), patient safety, and quality improvement.
